This document is not finished and is not in force. It is published so that the sections it will cover can be read while they are being written.
What Talambo is
A closed network. A Talambo phone dials no telephone numbers: it reaches other Talambo phones and the Talambo app, and nothing else reaches it.
What it cannot do
Talambo cannot call 112, an ambulance, or any emergency number. It is not a substitute for a telephone and must not be relied on as one.
Who may use it
An adult sets a phone up and is answerable for it. A child uses the phone; nobody under the age at which they could agree to this is asked to.
